SHIPPING POLICY

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping from our London based dispatch center. As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll be provided with a tracking number via email. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for UK deliveries, 4-5 business days for EU deliveries and 5-7 business days for US deliveries.

Orders placed with VITRO ATELIER will generally ship within 1-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us at info@vitroatelier.com. 

Please note that prices or shipping costs on the site do not include taxes and duties. 

Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to its sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer and original order will NOT be refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind? 

We gladly accept returns on all full price bags.

Send us an email at info@vitroatelier.com within 14 days of delivery receipt and you will receive a return form. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. VITRO ATELIER boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to reflect on your statement. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges of the returned items.

Exchange for a different item

Unfortunately, we can't support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the other item using our returns process. 

Damaged item

If your clutch arrives damaged, please drop us an email at info@vitroatelier.com and we will arrange for the return delivery and replacement with no extra cost.

Lost  item

 VITRO ATELIER is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
